As young travellers, we absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with a contemporary and comfortable design that suited our taste perfectly. The reception/lounge area was a great place to relax, adding a nice touch to the overall ambiance. The location was fantastic, right next to affordable parking and just a short walk from the train station and Piccadilly. The room itself was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and had a good-sized shower. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Honestly, we felt more than at home during our stay and have absolutely no complaints at all.

Everything was simply fine.

The hotel had a great location, right in front of the train station, really easy to get around the city. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The shower was also really nice, with good water pressure and temperature control. Plus, the large TV in the room was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evenings.

There were a few things that could have been better. there was no storage in the room to put my clothes away, a bit inconvenient.

Overall exceptionally clean property, it had great location and staff. I really enjoyed the room with a bath, my bed was very clean. I was offered a delicious breakfast for the price.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

We stayed at Motel One for 2 nights and it was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was pristine, and the bar had very good cocktails. The staff were brilliant and the location next to Picadilly Station was perfect. Thank you to all the amazing staff, we will definitely be back!

I loved every detail here, including staff and location, that were fantastic. The room was spotless with a bath and had coffee/tea making equipment, a seating area and a writing table. No complains at all, I had a very comfortable stay and would love to return.

The hotel's design is a hipster's dream with vintage records and guitars. The bar serves fabulous drinks, including their signature Mancunian cocktails. The staff made me feel so welcome, I almost forgot I was just a guest.

Oh, the joy of being woken up by a random cleaner before 10 am. How delightful!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for local cafes. The hotel itself was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The location was unbeatable, with all the great restaurants and bars on 14th street within walking distance. We felt very safe here as solo travelers, and the hotel was quiet at night despite the hustle and bustle outside.

The hotel is spotless, I loved its very good staff and rooms. The fact that it has an efficient check in, that worked great for me. Happy to have a bar in the lobby.

It was immaculately clean, the staff was competent, plus the service was exceptional. The standard queen room was brand-new, it had central heating, an electronic key card, tea and coffee making equipment. Central location and not far from a coach station.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, being just a 3-minute walk from the train station and situated in the heart of a major city. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The rooms are well-equipped and even come with a huge queen-size bed, a luxury not found in most hotels.

The hotel's location was perfect, being very close to all major attractions in central city, right beside the train station and within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The room was sparkling clean with modern air conditioning and comfortable king-sized beds. The breakfast was delicious, with great coffee, boiled eggs and a variety of options. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the discount on parking was a neat bonus.

Staying at this hotel was perfect for my trip, as it was directly opposite the main train station and close to transportation. The hotel facilities were excellent, with beautiful comfortable beds, super clean clean rooms, and helpful and friendly staff.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, und das Zimmer war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der schöne Außenpool-Bereich und die gepflegte Gartenanlage. Das Essen war immer sehr schmackhaft und ausreichend. Wir haben auch das Frühstück sehr genossen, obwohl die Brötchen leider etwas zäh waren. Trotzdem können wir das Hotel sehr empfehlen, auch wenn es etwas weiter vom See entfernt liegt.

Alles war in Ordnung.

I always choose to stay here when in Manchester for a city break. The staff kindly assisted with an early check-in. The hotel suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a 24-hour reception, and a cozy lounge. I have no regrets returning.
